Access to dozens of exercises are available in the “Patient Section” (password required) and are specifically prescribed for your needs. As everyone is different, our exercise program is designed to be progressive to fulfill your health needs, starting in phase 1 and ending in phase 4. As you progress, you move into new phases of strength and support to restore your health to the point possible.
